The Kaiser Permanente member marketing director tasked video producer Sharon Swanson and me with quickly creating a video that shows all the ways Kaiser Permanente members can access care. Sales teams would use the footage at open enrollment fairs—the video needed to be successful with and without sound. Sales staff would show the video on a large screen in a tradeshow booth or on being held on an iPad.

Our concept followed a mother as she accessed care through in-person and virtual care pathways. While she was at work, she used the online member portal to message her doctor. She visits the Kaiser Permanente Puyallup medical center to see her doctor in-person. Our mom has a cold and stops in at a CareClinic inside a Bartell's Drug store. We then see her at home using Care Chat when her little boy is sick. Finally, we filmed her in a park as she uses her mobile phone to call the 24/7 nurse line
